5 Steps to achieving your life goals!

Whatever sets your heart on fire and makes you come alive, that’s what you should focus on.

Right now, your soul is aching to be heard. Its role is to guide the unfolding of your life. There has never been a better time to listen to it.

So often – it’s your own self-doubt that can destroy big dreams, before they even get started!

The fear of not being good enough, or not having what it takes. That you are too old or not smart enough. The stories you tell yourself about why it won’t work….They are not your truth! 

The truth is:🌟 YOU have amazing potential🌟 It is never too late 🌟 Everything you are seeking is WITHIN you🌟 If you can SEE it in your mind, and FEEL it in your heart – then it’s possible for you to ACHIEVE it! 

Here are 5 steps to help get you underway!!

  1. Write your DREAM day out, as though you are living it right now. 

    From the time you wake up, to the foods that you eat, how you spend your time and everything in between. Notice what you see, how you feel, the smells and the sounds. Feel it as if it’s happening NOW. 

    The more you sense, feel and absorb – the more powerful this is! 

    This is a really powerful exercise, and one I do a few times a year! It’s incredible how you hit your goals and realise you are living your vision when you reflect!
  2. Only take advice from the people who have what you desire, or are on the path with you. 

    Someone wanting to climb Mount Everest wouldn’t take advice from someone who has never climbed. Protect your energy – and surround yourself with those who are going to lift you up! Not your family, your friends who want to keep you as you are… if they are not in the arena with you – their opinion doesn’t count! It may seem harsh – but if you want to reach new heights, you need to be selective with who you let guide you.

    Notice who is ahead of you on the journey. Success leaves clues. Stay close to the fire.
  3. Commit to the inner work.

    Our inner critic never goes away – but they no longer need to hold the steering wheel. 

    The more we listen to motivation and healing podcasts, music and have conversations with those who inspire us, the more empowered we become in our sense of self! 

    The inner work never stops – it evolves along the way. New level – New devil! But we get stronger, we have more resources and we know its worth it.
  4. No regrets. No holding back.

    Former palliative carer Bonnie Ware shared the No. 1 regret people have about their lives:

    “I wish I’d had the courage to live a life true to myself, not the life others expected of me.”

    When you think about looking back over your life – you won’t be worrying about what other people thought of you.
  5. Take action. 

    Don’t wait for the perfect time, or the right moment. Everything can be figured out along the way – that’s how we learn! 

    Just start – imperfect action is better than standing still. So many people get stuck in the creative phase – building the website and designing the business cards… but none of that matters if your business isn’t open or making money!
    Just start – the rest will come.

Finally – Take a chance and DREAM BIG!

Not only will your life change, but so will the lives you get to impact! You will make a difference in this world – AND you will inspire others to rise with you!
